I'm trying to get a Windows installation happening within a Hyper-V machine from a WDS Server in a VM. It's a bit of a confusing set up. I have my laptop which is running 2 VMs - One is Windows Server 2008 R2 (AD / DHCP / DNS), the second is Windows Server 2008 R2 running Windows Deployment Services. Key specs for TP-LINK TG-3468 Gigabit PCI Express Network Adapter – Green. TP-Link TG-3468 works on Windows 2008 R2 x64, Fast and (almost) furious. With HP Microserver and VMware ESXi 5.5 update 1 (with driver install)”. 24/7 usage in server since purchase, no problems, has some extra.

.Helpful resources.General rules. Follow. Keep it civil and on topic. These adapters, such as the TG-3468 available on Amazon at, are the least expensive NICs I've seen, and they work quite well!

(There's also the TG-3269, which I used to have before a recent lightning strike and did not throw a compatibility warning in the Get Windows 10 app, but I'll be doing a minor upgrade to support Wake on LAN and some other specific power features, in two of my boxes) But are they compatible with Windows 10? I've seen a recent forum post elsewhere that says that Windows 10 refuses to acknowledge this card in question. Does anyone have experience with these cards in Windows 10?
